The housing market is doing well in France and I must say that credit rates are not for nothing. Indeed, rates beat record after record. In November 2010, lending rates have yet passed a new milestone to 3.22% on average without insurance.
Good news for housing prices. However it may also suggest that the decline in real estate return with the return of rising rates.
