Housing prices are rising sharply in France. The national average hides differences. Large cities have seen their prices reach the level before the housing crisis.
For example in Toulouse, home prices rose 9.2%. The pink city thus follows the evolution Paris and the Ile de France, where prices soared to over 10%.
